The material used for the cutting board is TPU (Thermoplastic Poly Urethane).
TPU is a non-toxic material that does not contain harmful substances such as environmental hormones, and is an eco-friendly material. It has been approved by FDA, the British Standards Association, and the EU.
Our cutting boards have 6 competitive features:
1. 99% antibacterial properties. The safe TPU material that has passed the antibacterial test is non-absorbent and can prevent bacterial growth.
2. Hardly scratched. It has a high abrasion and shear resistance. Of course, if you use a very sharp knife to make a cut mark intentionally, scabs may not be avoided, but when slicing vegetables such as kimchi and onions, you will see its significantly lack of cut marks than other materials.
3. Light weight, dustproof and high elasticity. TPU material is lighter than silicone, however, unlike silicone that tend to be adhered food bits and dust due to static electricity, this cutting board is dustproof. With its high elasticity, the prepared food can be easily transferred to a pot or a bowl by bending the board like a funnel and of course, this won’t leave any wrinkle marks. And the board will not slide or slip when in use.
4. Easy to clean. It is incredibly easy to be cleaned just by 75-80°C running water. The scent and stains wash right off by a little bit of detergent. And there is no deformation even sterilized with hot water.
5. Various design series to meet different customer need. Unlike most monochromatic TPU cutting boards, we insert a double-sided design artwork between the TPU cutting boards, thus, our products can be used both sides which can also prevent cross contamination.

6. Available in 2 different sizes: the medium one measures 20-by-31-by-0.5 cm and the large one measures 24-by-38-by-0.5 cm. Both super handy to have. The large one is good for slicing meat and dicing vegetables, while the medium one is perfect for slicing fruits, dicing herbs or prepping snacks.
