Our Vendor Central auditing service is an ongoing program to ensure that every unit sold to Amazon is paid for, at the right price, with the correct Coop fees deducted. We perform deep forensic auditing on the account data and take care of everything to ensure gaps in the data are rectified. Refund Sniper also audits Seller Central accounts on a quarterly basis. At each audit, we go back a full 18 months (the max Amazon allows) to ensure that EVERY unit sent in to FBA during that time is accounted for- either in terms of a sale, return, in stock, damage, loss, discrepancy, disposal, etc... Once every potential discrepancy is identified, we go ahead and file those cases with Amazon for reimbursement and perform all the follow up as well.
