Use your exhibitor dashboard to:

  1. Upload product photos to online show directory
  2. Update your online profile & print directory listings
  3. Send messages to buyers in advance of the show
  4. Register for Staff Badges
  5. Access the exhibitor set up manual
  6. Make a payment online or view your account statement
  7. Get a custom widget to put on your website to invite your buyers

August 2022 Deposit Schedule

  • 10% -  due with contract - Non-refundable deposit
  • 25% -  due on February 26, 2022 - exhibitor is liable for 25% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date
  • 50% - due on June 4, 2022 – exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date
  • 100% - due on July 2, 2022 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date

If you wish to pay the balance by check, ASD must receive the full installment booth balances prior to the due date. If check is not received, your credit card will automatically be charged for subsequent payments based on the deposit schedule.
