What is Kong Wraps? Kong Wraps was established in Decenmber 2016 by a visionary group of connoisseurs that felt the smoking industry was missing something... Why ruin the taste and smoke of your legal herbs with a tobacco wrap? When we can use a leaf from the same plant we are already rolling.  And BOOM! Hemp wraps were born.

Wind River Tobacco Co., an employee-owned company located in Wilson, NC, manufactures a wide variety of tobacco and hemp products, sold both in the US and abroad. Our tobacco brands include American Bison and Nashville cigarettes and Kentucky Select and Dreamcatcher pipe tobacco.  We also serve as the exclusive distributor for Palermo cigarettes in the US.

In addition to tobacco products, Wind River also makes and/or distributes a variety of smokable and vape Hemp and Delta-8 products including Str8HMP, Str8tD8 and Anchored.
