Aasheesh Shravah is an IP Attorney with 20 years of experience in patent and trademark filings and litigation, as well as product clearance. He works side by side with retailers and wholesalers that develop and manufacture products abroad, and counsels them early on to help them avoid infringement. Aasheesh has extensive experience assisting online sellers with IP infringement issues on ecommerce sites such as Amazon, eBay and Alibaba, including both reporting IP infringement as well as assisting sellers in having their products relisted due to incorrect reports of infringement.
