2021 March SHOW PRICING
The initial booth processing fee must be made using ACH or a credit card. If you are unable to make your deposit via ACH or credit card, please email your Account Executive for further assistance.
March 2021 DEPOSIT SCHEDULE
- 10% - due with contract - this is a non-refundable fee
- 25% - due on September 28, 2020 - exhibitor is liable for 25% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date
- 50% - due on November 14, 2020 – exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date
- 100% - due on December 29, 2020 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date
If you wish to pay the balance by check, ASD must receive the full installment booth balances prior to the due date. If check is not received, your credit card will automatically be charged for subsequent payments based on the deposit schedule.
